Welcome to INA's House Cleaning Corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and cleaning services.
By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not in any way that may damage or interfere with its operation.
Services
We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee
Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
By booking services, you authorize INA's House Cleaning Corporation to charge your card on file for the full amount of the service, including any approved add-ons or applicable fees.
- Declined payments must be resolved within 24 hours
- Future services may be paused until balance is paid
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe and legal access to the property
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
- Secure fragile, valuable, or breakable items
The Company is not responsible for:
- Damage due to pre-existing conditions
- Improper installation of items
- Normal wear and tear
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, you must notify us within 24 hours of service.
We will return to re-clean the affected area. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Damage & Claims
Any damage or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
We are not liable for:
- Unsecured or fragile items
- Items not disclosed as delicate
- Pre-existing damage
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, images) is owned by INA's House Cleaning Corporation and may not be used without permission.
